Data Transfer and EU Safe Harbor for Internal Employee Data
Please note that if you use the Castle website in the European Union (“EU”), Personal Information about you may be transferred outside the EU. Castle recognizes that the EU has an “omnibus” data protection regime established pursuant to the European Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC) (the “Directive”). Among other things, the Directive generally requires “adequate protection” for the transfer of personally identifiable information about Castle employees in the EU to Castle operations in the United States.
